More details on our benefits can be found on our website at https://www.itw.com/careers/benefits-compensation/ As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented **Director of Talent Attraction and Programs** to lead and drive the development of our talent initiatives, ensuring that we continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our global operations. Key focus areas include: Talent attraction tools and resources to best support our business HR, partnerships and programs for intern hiring, process optimization and evaluating current resources and tools. This role will be a partner to the Director, D&I and Manager, Talent Communications to drive ITW’s talent initiatives to hire the best talent, model inclusive leadership, and be recognized as an employer of choice. **Primary Responsibilities:** **Strategic Leadership:** + Strategically review, evaluate and deploy the best ‘80’ tools, frameworks and enterprise systems to support our field HR’s talent attraction strategies. + Understand global implications as we expand internal and external visibility to job opportunities and what additional offerings are needed. + Lead our U.S. internship program strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier, early-in-career talent as a rich source to our long-term leadership pipeline. + Stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and requirements, globally, especially with the use of AI. **Talent Acquisition Process Optimization & Technology:** + Partner with HRIS team to leverage new applicant tracking system and CRM to meet our talent acquisition needs. Continue to evaluate the short-term and long-term technology road map. + Implement and refine talent acquisition processes to ensure efficiency for HR partners in the field and increase capabilities to select the best talent, and promote a positive candidate experience. Increase end user adoption of key technology capabilities. **Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:** + Partner with Talent Communications to elevate ITW’s employer brand globally, positioning the company as an employer of choice across all markets. + Collaborate with Talent Communications to enhance employer brand presence on key social media platforms, at recruitment events and through our company website and career site. **Metrics and Reporting:** + Define, track, and report key talent acquisition metrics to HR and talent leadership, providing actionable insights on recruitment performance and make recommendations for areas for improvement. + Analyze hiring trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function and/or HR professional capabilities. **U.S. Internship Program Management:** + Enhance program tools, resources and key deliverables to yield targeted outcomes. + Collect regular feedback and conduct post-program evaluation to continuously improve the program. + Analyze program data and keep up to date on student and generational trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving future internship cycles. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree or relevant HR experience required. + 9+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR leadership positions. + Experience in talent acquisition process, technology and partnerships. + Experience in talent planning and talent management, including talent selection processes + Cross-cultural experience; able to influence in multiple countries/regions. **Skills & Competencies:** + Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution and results. + Expertise in talent acquisition technology, especially applicant tracking systems (ATS). + Deep knowledge of global recruitment trends, diversity and inclusion practices, and candidate sourcing strategies. + Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. + Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure performance. **Compensation Information:** The compensation package for the role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $145K - $185K annually. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
