As Sr. Manager Loyalty Marketing, You will help drive higher guest engagement and improved guest relationships through Target’s Loyalty Program. To achieve this, you will:

Lead a team of Marketing professionals enabling the team to achieve at their true potentialTake ownership and implement Marketing plans and strategiesWork with the team to deliver pre-agreed business outcomesTake up accountability of delivering on business goals / metricsBuild trusting partnerships with our global teams to effectively deliver on projectsWork in collaboration with teams in India; both internal Marketing teams as well as non-marketing teams like Technology and Data Sciences.As a leader in the Loyalty Marketing team in India you will hire, develop and establish a strong Marketing capability for Target in IndiaUtilize your deep Lifecycle Marketing and Customer Relationship Management experience to drive successful a Loyalty Program for Target CorporationWith your passion for data you will drive Data Analytics, Inferences and Insights efforts to equip Target to develop effective guest engagement tacticsDeliver insights and analytics that measure our performance and help improve our marketing and media decisions, innovation and specific tacticsContribute to executing on the strategic direction and evolution of the Target Circle Program through Life Cycle MarketingIn partnership with Channel partners and creative teams, you will optimize continued engagement with our Target Circle guests, focusing on key conversion drivers and maximizing guest engagementIdentify, prioritize and construct actionable guest segments to unlock new opportunities that create valueHelp drive personalized rewards and promotions to drive improved guest engagementHelp develop compelling messaging that drives behaviors, targeting individual guests across our portfolio of communication channels, which will allow you to drive key metrics for our Loyalty Program

About You:

Bachelor’s DegreeMaster’s Degree with specialization in Marketing preferred12+ years’ experience in the Marketing5+ years’ of Customer Lifecycle Marketing /CRM experience5+ years’ experience of managing high performance teamsAbility to interpret data to strategize Marketing tacticsKnowledge and experience of multi-channel targeted marketingA passion for data and strong problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated individual with passion for marketingComfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex situationsUnderstands critical drivers and set priorities appropriatelyExcellent listening and communication skillsGreat articulation and presentation skills
