Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure and Operations located in Andover, MA. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the 24/7 Service Desk team, ensuring continuous support and response to infrastructure and cloud-related issues * Provide mentorship and daily guidance to team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment * Coordinate staff assignments and ensure efficient resource utilization to meet team goals * Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security * Support the management of cloud operations, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency * Address and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions * Ensure a seamless digital experience for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and enhancing the performance of digital systems and services * Manage desktop support to meet the needs of our growing workforce, guaranteeing their technological tools are fully functional * Manage the procurement process for technology resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely acquisition of necessary hardware and software * Collaborate with other departments to align infrastructure and cloud operations with the company's growth objectives * Contributes to the execution of scaling initiatives for infrastructure and cloud resources as the business expands
