Sr Manager - Sales Marketing

The Manager of Sales Marketing at Canyon Ranch is dedicated to supporting group sales efforts through the creation of compelling B2B collateral, trade show materials, and promotional tools that drive business growth. This role works closely with sales and revenue management to ensure alignment with business goals, delivering impactful marketing materials and initiatives that promote Canyon Ranch's group offerings. This position is based in Fort Worth, TX Responsibilities Essential Functions and Duties include: Collateral Development: Create B2B marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and sales tools, to showcase Canyon Ranch’s offerings, programs, and events tailored to the group sales audience. Ensure all collateral effectively communicates the value of Canyon Ranch as a premier destination for business events, retreats, and group programs. Sales Enablement: Provide a steady stream of marketing tools and resources, such as case studies, one-sheets, and client-facing presentations, to empower the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Anticipate the needs of the sales team by proactively creating materials and solutions that address client inquiries and support business development efforts. Group Sales Positioning and Website: Oversee the positioning and messaging for group sales on the Canyon Ranch website, ensuring accurate and compelling content that resonates with B2B audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update group sales-related content on the website. Promotional Offer Calendar: Work hand in hand with sales and revenue management teams to develop a promotional offer calendar for group sales, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue strategies. Support the sales team with timely and relevant promotional materials to drive bookings and engagement. Trade Shows and Booths: Manage the planning and execution of Canyon Ranch's presence at trade shows and events, including booth design, setup, and marketing materials. Represent Canyon Ranch at industry events when applicable, ensuring a polished, professional brand presence that supports group sales objectives. Events and Partnerships: Organize on-site and off-site client entertainment events to strengthen relationships and showcase Canyon Ranch’s offerings. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop promotional opportunities that further the goals of the group sales team. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Significant specialized experience with 6-10 years’ experience in same or related field. Education: Minimum Bachelor's Desgree or equivalent experience Proficient in graphic design & print materials, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop). Possess creativity, flexibility and an eye for design. Skilled in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
