The **Manager Sales Technology** is a first-level manager that leads the day-to-day operations of the Sales Technology team to drive insights and data-driven decision-making within the sales organization. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from sales data, ultimately improving sales performance and driving revenue growth. **Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:** + Provide strategic consultant support to assigned internal customers in defining or designing business processes as well as researching and identifying enabling technologies based on customer requirements. + Collaborate between various departments and customers to establish business priorities, drive sales, and streamline sales technology. + Act as the lead expert for companywide initiatives and business process design. + Create materials to support sales force enablement. + Develop, motivate, and direct a staff of business technology specialists to create a team environment and enable staff to fulfill the department’s operating objectives. + Responsible for enabling sales quota planning and reporting, digitizing sales process and policy, and sales process optimization. + Make decisions on behalf of the team and recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. + Provide direction to team according to established policies and management guidance. + Oversee day-to-day work schedules and plans. + Act as an advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved in resolving problems. + Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies. + Review relevant factors to analyze situations and resolve issues. + Perform other duties as needed. **Required Experience and Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. + 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. + 1-3 years of management experience. **Competencies:** + Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. + Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact. + Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively. + High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. + Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. + Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. + High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures. **Other Pertinent Job Information:** + This role will be responsible for direct reports. + The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
