Company Description

The Creative Director, Global Talent Brand role is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of enterprise Employment Brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities that position Sutherland as an employer of choice and distinguish us in the market. The person in this role will lead a team of graphic designers and content creators to craft the voice of Sutherland Talent Acquisition across multiple candidate engagement channels, including social media, and liaison between the different regional Talent Attraction teams. This position is focused on continuously improving our presence in the talent market and coordinating our employer brand strategy initiatives with our Talent Attraction leaders for each geography.

Job Description

Employer Branding

Build and promote employer brand and EVP to employees and potential candidates.Develop marketing strategy plans that connect the company's values and goals with the needs and interests of potential candidates.Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaignsConduct market research to gain insight into current and potential candidatesMonitor and support regional talent attraction strategies as needed to better meet candidate expectationsPerform research to learn about the general public's current perspective toward the company and its reputation

Online Marketing

Design and execute global strategy for social channels (brand guidelines, content, posting).Monitor and review content metrics, engagement, reach, etc.Monitor and review advertising model, budget, talent attraction metrics (CPA/CPH, applicants, CTR) in partnership with the Digital Marketing Lead.Focus on Talent Acquisition goals: candidate engagement, candidate attraction, talent sourcing and effectiveness.

Offline Marketing:

Create and monitor brand strategy for outdoors advertising. Who, what, where, how.Focus on Talent Acquisition goals: candidate engagement, candidate attraction, talent sourcing and effectiveness.

Content Strategy

Set the global content strategy focused on brand awareness, talent engagement and talent attraction. Articulate with regional Talent Acquisition teams for execution.Lead periodic content reviews for job ads, job descriptions and all regional content.Coordinate photoshoots and video. Mentor regional designers. Create special ad campaigns. Monitor usage and adoption of content apps.Contribute to the brand strategy for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and review channels (Indeed, Glassdoor).Contribute to the strategy and management of our Career Site and related applications and channels.

QualificationsEnglish B2H or above.Experience in employer branding, brand marketing, reputation management.Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations. A thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs, and a clear vision of how to measure performance and success with a focus on high-volume and specialty recruiting. Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design is a must.Experience in developing and implementing content and talent attraction strategies in fast-paced, high-velocity recruiting organizations.A demonstrated mastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experience improvement.
