Job Overview and duties:

Fraser is seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards to oversee the administration and management of Fraser’s Total Rewards programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement plans, voluntary benefits, and leave administration. This role ensures that systems, processes, and practices align with Fraser’s benefits and compensation philosophy, remain competitive in the market, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Benefit Plan Design and Development: Ensure benefits programs are current regarding trends, best practices, and market competitiveness. Make benefits strategy recommendations and lead implementation. Annually plan, review, evaluate, negotiate, and develop a benefit platform that supports the organization’s financial goals. Benefit plans include: health coverage, dental, core life, voluntary life, short-term and long-term disability, 403(b), AD&D, time off, child and healthcare reimbursement accounts, employee wellness programs, and  leave management. Develop communication and educational programs to increase employee engagement and effectiveness of Fraser’s Total Rewards program. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations related to employee benefits, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA. Serve as subject matter expert to provide guidance and consult with staff, plan vendors, and third-party administrators. Oversee the benefits team on employee benefits consultation. Investigate discrepancies and provide information and leadership to employees, management, plan vendors and/or third-party administrators as necessary to assure benefit plans are managed appropriately. Oversee updates and communicate policy and procedural changes to the employee benefits platform by Fraser, vendors, and/or third-party administrators. Regularly reconcile benefits billing and provide support to vendors and payroll. Provide leadership and strategic direction organizationally to staff and supervisors to assure best human resources practices. Collaborate with other Human Resources team members and management for resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Five to Ten years of experience administering health and wellness benefits including self-funded plans. CEBS certification preferred. Expertise with UKG preferred. Working knowledge of benefits administration systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office with expert knowledge of Excel. Experience working with leaders and employees in multiple locations. Experience with multistate employment laws. Location & Schedule: 

This position is hybrid work model / Richfield, MN This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working standard business hours Monday through Friday.
