What will I be doing?
The Sr. Sales Training Manager- Hawaii Region for Hilton Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Vacation Club is responsible for driving productivity and performance through the implementation of training programs, including the OneHGV Branded Sales Process, HGV Max, and sales processes for New Hire Action Line, In-House, and Showcase teams. The Sr. Sales Training Manager oversees the sales training department for the Hawaii region with all Sales Training Managers reporting directly to this individual. The Sr. Sales Training Manager will report directly to the SVP of Sales Training while also working closely with and taking direction from Regional Sales Leadership. This position’s key responsibility is to be aligned with and support the sales performance goals of the SVP of Sales for the Hawaii Region.

Salary is based on commissions & bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Managing Others:
Lead the sales training department to move the sales training objectives forward. Organize and facilitate weekly training department meetings with an efficient agenda aligned with the corporate and regional training objectives. Manage the Hawaii Training Team’s work schedule, attendance, and PTO in alignment with the corporate and regional policies and SOPs.Training Development and Delivery:
Plan, develop, and deliver training content aligned with HGV Core Values, focusing on both in-person and virtual training methodologies. Conduct New Product Introduction training sessions to ensure consistent product knowledge across the region. Train and support trainers to effectively communicate the HGV culture among sales teams and assist in corporate compliance training.Performance Development:
Partner with and coach sales executives and sales managers on all components of the sales process. Define performance and productivity parameters, tracking VPG performance over 30-90 days and coaching sales leaders as needed. Conduct sales executives’ and managers’ evaluations and rides and provide feedback to senior management, along with a structured coaching plan.Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with Regional Sales Leadership to plan, schedule, and provide training for sales personnel throughout the region. Serve as a liaison between Regional Sales Leadership and the training department to ensure alignment of training delivery and performance. Prepare and conduct group presentations on training activities and results, effectively communicating company directions, policies, and procedures to employees across departments.Monitoring and Evaluation:
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training content and delivery methods, providing regular reports and insights to the SVP of Training and Regional SVP of Sales. Maintain knowledge of performance reports and teach others to understand sales performance metrics, including showcase presenters.Continuous Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and product knowledge to ensure training methodologies are relevant. Help design new training curriculum to address areas of improvement and enhance existing programs when new initiatives are released in the field. Ensure compliance with corporate and regional policies, standards, and procedures. Additional tasks as assigned by Management, as needed, to promote business objectives.
