What is the purpose of the job?
Lead the team of TPO analysts in Pune
Negotiate,calculate and communicate CP and SE TPs for key entities.
Follow up on outstanding TP requests via the TP SolutionTracker.
Support the annual TP setting Budget process
Run and Support trainings
Standardize the process, find gaps and improve the performance.
Support Continuous improvements in the process, in line with the digital strategy.
Key contact with Infosys for the TP Solution
What are the main activities the person in the job is responsible for?
Ensure an even split of work between the members of the TPO team in Pune.
Manage the daily TP setting of the key entities
Be the main contact for the stakeholders, the line and functional manager. (Stakeholder management)
Ensure accurate and timely standard TP setting during the year.
Manage the annual CP and SE TP setting budget for all the legal entities.
Document non-standard TPs and communicate to key stakeholders
Propose improvements to the TP Solution Tool
Support the testing and the implementation of improvements in TP Solution tool
Manage access requests to the TPO SharePoint, the CP and the SE TP tool, SAP access to TP data on behalf of the TPO Team
Review / maintain documentations for re-occurring activities.
On request and under the supervision of colleagues, prepare additional financial analysis.
Supporting Global initiative / projects & support in implementation from function.
Use best practices and knowledge to support continuous improvement for processes/services
Cross functional collaborations across finance and non-finance verticals.
Team Coaching, Development and engagement.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in transfer pricing, taxation, Controlling.
Strong people management and Leadership skills
Cross functional collaboration
Basic knowledge on Transfer Pricing
Good understanding of the Syngenta system reporting landscape, its interlinks and Syngenta’s processes
IT minded, interest/ experience in new software testing and roll-out
Self-motivated - Ownership attitude
Mentoring skills
Holds Finance Qualification: B.com, CMA / CA / MBA
Worked in Transfer pricing / taxation / controlling functions.
