The US Treasury Strategy team partners with Lines of Business (LOB), Finance, and other key stakeholders to develop and recommend strategies to:
Facilitate improved balance sheet management, financial forecasting, understanding of segment/product profitability, etc. The team is a leading voice in US Treasury's efforts to optimize the balance sheet and to ensure capital allocation, liquidity, and risk management frameworks are aligned with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.To understand (and communicate to relevant parties) implications of proposed corporate structures, business initiatives, and/or new products, particularly on treasury related activities, risks, and regulatory implications. The team collaborates with Liquidity Management, ALM, RRP, capital management, FTP, etc., teams to provide advice, counsel and guidance on aligning strategies with short-term and long-term business objectives.Bring together cross-functional teams---including US Treasury VPs, line of business heads, senior executives, and external stakeholders---to deliver strategic insights and implement best practices that promote financial health, operational efficiency, and business growth.By working with our internal partners across finance and businesses, the team helps ensure treasury decisions are informed, efficient, and support long-term growth and profitability.
