THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE The Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising Campaign & Promotion is responsible for in-store initiatives that drive sales, enhance customer experience, and support brand growth. This role focuses on crafting engaging promotions and brand-building launches, with particular emphasis on high-impact areas of the store. Key responsibilities include managing storewide seasonal transitions, special promotions, brand launches, and layouts to maximize guest experience. This role will lead, support, and develop top talent by providing mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth, fostering a collaborative and creative environment where team members can thrive, while ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to deliver innovative and effective visual merchandising strategies to drive brand success. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Oversee the development of in-store presentations that best feature products balancing the Ulta Beauty brand and individual brands. This includes key in-store areas: windows, entry and in aisle fixtures including tables, etageres, endcaps and cash wrap display. Work cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Space Planning, and brand partners collaboratively to translate business and marketing strategies into compelling in-store experiences that align with broader company objectives. Collaborate with the Credit, Loyalty, Events, and Salon Services teams to develop and implement strategies that increase in-store visibility and engagement. Act as liaison with Store Operations for downstream communication and respond to field feedback integrating recommendations into future sets. Coordinate the master workback calendar to ensure all project timelines and key milestones are met. This includes scheduling and organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives. Visit competition on a regular basis to evaluate competitors prototypes pertinent to area of responsibility. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Proven experience in taking in-store strategies from ideation, concepting through detailed implementation. Strategic agility and ability to lead through multiple priorities pivoting team members and maneuvering as plans change while keeping focus on end-to-end milestones. Comfortable with presenting to senior leadership with the ability to condense information into concise talking points. Ability to analyze root cause then develop strategies and process improvements to mitigate issues and maximize continuous improvement. Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to build partnerships, address challenges, and work effectively cross- functionally THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS 8 years+ years of corporate visual merchandising experience, POP display design and print production experience. 5 years+ experience managing corporate visual merchandising teams. Demonstrates a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment. Able to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities, customer needs, and market trends. Brings a versatile approach to the role, seamlessly adjusting to new challenges and opportunities while maintaining a focus on achieving business goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Significant experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365. Adobe Suite experience preferred. Monday.com and Workfront experience a plus.
