The SIOP Manager will have enterprise-wide responsibility for helping create, execute, sustain, and continually improve demand planning and SIOP strategies. Work with a cross functional team of leaders and planning process owners on our journey to world class performance through the application of demand planning/SIOP principles, tools, and methodologies.
What You Will Do:
Manage Planning functions and personnel, monitor track and record KPI’S. Project Milestone tracking to ensure support departments are on time with scheduled releases, hold weekly meetings to review project status with functional managers.Responsible for working with programs, operations, contracts, and finance to facilitate the overall management strategy and approach to enhancing processes between functions and managing data integrity.Responsibilities include incoming supply and demand planning.Develop raw, buy, and make material stocking plan for WIP and work order inventory to meet customer demand.Responsible for effective planning and scheduling to meet internal customer demand.Lead and manage the production order-scheduling processWork collaboratively with functional Managers to review demand planning.Manage the Master Schedule and establish commit dates. Verify all required inventory is available for scheduled production. Expedite shortages as necessary.Oversight of needed parts due to Production Change Notices, Engineering Changes and effect of deliveries against schedule.Monitor and adjust Master Data and build lead times; and for inventory position (safety stock levels and re-order points) Additionally:Perform periodic reviews of lead times for suppliers.Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely shipments of all domestic and international shipments.Oversee internal transfers (Phoenix and York)Facilitate the capacity management processHost operational excellence meetings between programs, supply chain, quality and operations, with the intent of improving processes and creating seamless alignment between programs, supply chain, quality, and operations, utilizing lean and other operational excellence techniques.Review daily shortages and determine cause and corrective actions for errors as needed.Guide and direct Production controllers in establishing and administering planning procedures and practices.Lead inventory cost savings initiatives.Oversee and control all aspects of inventory availability from raw material to finished goods.Review and update departmental procedures to ensure efficiency.Responsible for ERP data integrity.Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.Experience with SAP or other ERP Systems requiredExperience with Materials planning and inventory managementExperience with continuous improvements, Lean, Six Sigma or ACEU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.Preferred Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
