This role is perfect for problem-solvers passionate about **compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement** . **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM **Rate Range:** $28-$30/hr **Key Responsibilities** + Manage and execute **CAPAs and EVs** , ensuring timely completion and compliance. + Identify and implement **process improvements** to enhance efficiency and safety. + Utilize **project management tools** to track and report progress. + Collaborate with **quality, engineering, validation, and regulatory teams** . + Follow **cGMP, SOP, and EHS policies** to maintain high standards. **Qualifications** **Education & Experience:** + Master’s degree, or + Bachelor’s degree with **2+ years** of manufacturing/operations experience, or + Associate’s degree with **6+ years** of experience, or + High school diploma/GED with **8+ years** of experience. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with **CAPA, EV ownership** , and **TrackWise** or similar systems. + Strong **problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills** . + Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** with a proactive mindset. + Experience with **MS Project, Agile, Smartsheet** (a plus, but not required).
