Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, validating equipment, and ensuring compliance with medical device quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 2-4+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering. Experience with ETO sterilization and validation. Knowledge of Process V&V, IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, and CAPA. Familiarity with DFA/DFM principles and manufacturing documentation, including specifications, procedures, sampling methods, tolerance studies, and GD&T. Proficiency with quality tools such as DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys, 6M, Ishikawa Diagrams, and Pareto Charts. Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T.

Job Responsibilities:

Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling. Plan and optimize the arrangement of machinery within plant facilities for maximum efficiency and productivity. Develop and document sequences of operations and procedures for fabricating tools, equipment, and components affecting product performance. Adapt machine or equipment designs to factory and production conditions. Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans as necessary. Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify performance and resolve quality issues through corrective actions. Develop manufacturing processes with statistical process control techniques and implement as needed.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per year
