*This is a 12-hours rotating shift role*
What will you do?
The incumbent will support sitewide routine operation and maintenance (ad hoc, corrective, and preventive maintenance) to clean and black utility systems such as steam boilers, air compressors, chillers & cooling towers, air handling units, water softeners, purified water (RO & WFI), and wastewater systems. They may also be required to support power reset for the electrical distribution system. All the tasks will be done in compliance with cGMP, EHS, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirement
Responsibilities
Participate in problem-solving discussions with multi-functional teams to identify/define, and root causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and develop action plans.Complete the routine maintenance for the site in a timely manner and in compliance with Engineering standards, quality compliance, and safety procedures.Complete training provided to build up the competencies.Chip into a team effort by accomplishing desired results/Key Performance Index. Provide training and coaching to colleagues to build up their competencies.Support third-party vendors who are contracted to perform routine preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and any other maintenance-related activity.All GMP documentation related to maintenance activities is completed accurately and processed to full completion in compliance with data integrity requirements.Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the utilities engineer including but not limited to the above.How will you get here?
Education
NITEC or Diploma in Engineering-related qualifications.Experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.First-class boiler attendant certification
