Measures and track subordinates’ performance and develops training programs to maintain optimum service levels. + Supervises and coordinates contracted services to adhere with GMP and plant procedures and requirements. + Creates short to midrange plans to carry out objectives established by management. Supervises operation, maintenance, repairs and overhauls to the related manufacturing equipment. Responsible for overall equipment performance & maintains equipment downtime as per OEE KPI; supports equipment upgrades/new installations. + Maintains and administers preventive maintenance, corrective, predictive programs for manufacturing equipment. + Assures adequate spare parts, tools, and other items needed to perform the maintenance work duties. + Assists/supports other functions as needed; proactively seeks ways to increase efficiency (i.e., implementing equipment improvements to improve reliability). + Adhere to Quality and Calibration Standards and systems + Responsible for training of new employees + Have full, direct supervisory responsibilities for a department or function. + Experience with Non-Conformance and CAPA + Maintain communication with Operations resources on equipment status. **Qualifications** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering + Degree in Mechanical or Electrical is preferred **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + Minimum of 6 years of experience is required in a maintenance manufacturing environment with at least two years of proven experience as Supervisor. + Demonstrates strong computer skills, such as the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) + Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills and professional interactions with co-workers. + Demonstrates troubleshooting skills. **Preferred:** + Experience working at Medical Device industry or Pharma preferred. + Demonstrates working knowledge of SAP or Maximo preferred. + Experience with Workday and Agile document system **Other:** + Bilingual Spanish and English + Travelling 5% of the time Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
