Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive production schedules to meet strict deadlines and optimize efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production requirements and successfully implement plans.Analyze production data and forecast future manufacturing needs.Ensure flawless coordination of materials and resources to support manufacturing operations.Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Lead initiatives to reduce production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.RequirementsProven experience as a Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler in a fast-paced environment.Minimum 4 years familiarity with manufacturing software and tools is essential.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to successfully implement and manage complex production schedules.Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Apply Today!

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,500.00–$150,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
