Job Responsibilities

Complete and coordinate manufacturing processes to ensure products meet strict quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure efficient performance and safety.Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Generate and review detailed reports on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Train and mentor junior technicians, encouraging a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role in a high-paced environment.Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to strictly follow protocols and safety procedures.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet ambitious production goals.Relevant technical certification or associate degree preferred.
