We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager, GridOS Portfolio to join our global team.

This role – part storyteller, part program manager – will be responsible for developing strategies, defining tactics, and leading the execution of thought leadership programs in event and social media channels to increase awareness of the GridOS portfolio. The successful candidate will bring a creative and analytical mindset with an understanding of how to communicate complex topics succinctly and powerfully.

Roles and Responsibilities

Leverage market research, analyze trends and use customer data / feedback to inform messaging that reinforces GE Vernova’s Grid Software leadership and bridges content gapsDrive external GridOS awareness and education via event and social channels, leveraging core strategy, product positioning, customer use cases, and innovations to deliver relevant, targeted content to our audiencesPartner with executive speakers to develop and manage event session titling, abstracts, and presentations – provide editing support and coordinate design resources to ensure stage-worthy contentManage portfolio-level content needs for events and be the bridge between event and social programs to ensure we are maximizing awareness opportunitiesDevelop and own social and event listening programs to evaluate the broader energy ecosystem and competitive landscape and recommend topic alignment with relevant themes and message opportunitiesOwn our social media message strategy and manage our agency to execute a robust programResearch competitors to find content gaps and keyword gaps that offer differentiation and new opportunities to tell our storyPartner with the communications org to identify and support event and social media opportunities to improve GridOS message resonance and perceptions across the companyDefine KPIs and manage the performance of event and social content to demonstrate message resonanceProvide editing support where needed across event and social channel programs to improve quality, clarity, and impact

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Marketing & Content Creation and Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Recent professional experience managing content programs, content development, event promotional and presentation content, social media content, and/or messaging programs for B2B audiencesBachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related fieldSuperb writing, editing, and proofing skills; portfolio demonstrating skills to support event presentations, social media, video, and executive level contentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailResults-oriented, highly-autonomous self-starter with a focus on measurable impactProject management, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesSelf-directed with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsExperience simplifying complex concepts and communicating effectively with strategic audiences
