Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented marketing operations expert focused on Program Management to join our dynamic team. This individual contributor (IC) role is critical to enhancing the efficiency, scalability, and impact of our marketing programs. The Marketing Operations Senior Manager will own end-to-end program management for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, process optimization, and alignment with strategic business objectives. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical, and systems-minded marketer who thrives on problem-solving and driving operational excellence and is comfortable working in an ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Oversee end-to-end program management for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic business goals.
Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and operational projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
Create and manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure accountability and transparency across teams.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate marketing workflows, driving continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain standardized processes and best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and data governance.
Document operational procedures and provide ongoing training and support to marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, align priorities, and ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Champion collaboration and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
