Sr Mechanical Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Experienced Thermal Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing thermal systems and components for various applications. This role requires a deep understanding of thermal management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Design and develop thermal management solutions for electronic systems, including heat sinks, heat exchangers, and cooling systems.

Conduct thermal analysis and simulations using tools such as CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

Perform thermal testing and validation of prototypes and final products.

Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to ensure thermal requirements are met.

Optimize thermal designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermal management technologies and industry trends.

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $69.00/hr.
