GILBANE is seeking to hire a Sr MEP Coordinator for our project in New Haven, CT.

Gilbane is seeking a Senior MEP Coordinator to be responsible for originating and leading all MEP processes (mechanical, electrical and plumbing), generally on a single large project. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.

BS OR MS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering10-20 years related field experience5+ years in a supervisory role on a $50 million - $100 million construction projectOr equivalent combination of education and experience.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to lead in a team environment and manage project subcontractorsStrong technical expertise and leadership for the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systemsAble to lead the commissioning processExcellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needsDemonstrate strong risk management skillsMust have strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety planOSHA 30 hour certifiedSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Connecticut this ranges from $112,300.00-$154,400.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
