The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Operations is a leader on the Video Strategy & Operations Team, supporting the organization's commitment to the overall strategic vision. This role is responsible for elevating and bringing consistency to operational plans and executive communications, as well as guiding and streamlining administrative functions.

As a Senior Manager of Digital Strategy & Operations, you'll responsible for leading the Strategy & Ops team, ensuring the organization’s commitment to the strategic vision. Lead strategic organizational design. Elevate and bring consistency to external plans and executive communications. Guide and streamline administrative functions.
WHAT OUR DIGITAL STRATEGY OPS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Lead strategic initiatives from inception to fruition, guiding the process of strategic assessment and alignment, implementation, operationalization, and administration.
Manage implementation and review of existing / new operational strategies, analyses and models simultaneously.
Mentor and guide team in data-driven strategy recommendations and ensure communication of results in a timely manner.
Promote expert knowledge of strategy reporting, strategy enhancements and other ad hoc analytics.
Influence Charter's approach to digital expansion and adoption.
Prepare and deliver executive communications and presentations.
Research operational activities and processes.
Use operational knowledge to identify improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop action plans to address process improvement areas.
Perform advanced analysis of data from varying data sources in collaboration with other data owners, validate data accuracy and completeness.
Validate summary analysis and observations.
Promote innovative ideas to improve, consolidate and streamline operations and processes that support Video Product.
Establish and evolve key relationships with partners across organizations to nurture collaborative engagement.
Establish best practices, staying current with new technologies and industry trends.
Manage a high-performing team by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Consulting and/or Business Analysis experience - 6+ yearsExperience in project planning and operational analysis - 5+ years Experience leading strategic engagements - 3+ yearsPrior Leadership - 2+ yearsEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceTechnical Skills: Demonstrated in-depth foundation in Agile development and best practices Demonstrated in-depth in reporting, data mining, and predictive modelingDemonstrated ability to identify and question assumptions and find creative and effective solutionsSkills:Effective flowcharting and process documentation skills
Effective analytical and project management skills
Advanced Excel data analysis skills

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
