**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Manager, Integrated Communications, Consumer Health are to:
The mission of Global CH Communications team is to enable Bayer's outcomes through strategic, integrated communications that support achievement of goals related to business objectives, reputation, employee and community engagement.
The Senior Manager, Integrated Communications, reports to the Global Head of Consumer Health Communications, and will be part of the CH Comms team.
The individual will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to quickly analyze information, marry it with expertise and make recommendations to senior leaders, work teams, and other stakeholders.
The individual will support the development of clear, compelling, creative content that informs, inspires, and mobilizes key stakeholders to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
The individual will have strong writing abilities, with a clear understanding of how to tailor communication for different audiences, voices and channels.
+ Drive integrated strategic comms for Consumer Health business, by Identifying, developing and aligning content that informs, inspires, and mobilizes key stakeholders to achieve biz goals;
+ Be a creator. Create interesting and engaging ways to motivate and inspire Bayer CH colleagues as part of unlocking the power of one Bayer as we accelerate the transformation. Serve as a change agent;
+ Inspire CH employees to understand our new strategy (Road to Billions) and how dynamic shared ownership will enable it;
+ Collaborate with team members across communications and the business to understand the needs of key stakeholders: employees, investors, media;
+ Partner with divisional communicators to ensure corporate functions and reputational initiatives are actively represented and profiled across key channels, specifically DSO efforts;
+ Support external comms in key message development and storytelling on core topics;
+ Drive participation and coordination for external presentations/engagements for CH team.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Strategic mind-set, with demonstrated success in developing, managing and delivering innovative, best-in-class communication strategies and programs in a large, complex global organization;
+ Experience supporting senior executives and working with leadership teams to develop and implement strategic communications programs;
+ Solid business insight and experienced at translating business goals into proactive communications strategies to drive results;
+ Ability to produce clear, compelling, creative, motivating content and effectively and succinctly communicate complex concepts in a variety of formats. Brings creativity;
+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency; thrives in a fast-paced environment;
+ Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across a variety of constituencies, strong customer service and collaboration orientation;
+ Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, collaboration skills; instills trust and builds trustful relationships; values inclusion and diversity;
+ Ability to manage complex and sensitive information and communications while maintaining strict confidentiality; exhibits grace and calmness under pressure; agile, adaptable, flexible;
+ Domestic and international travel as needed;

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or Business Administration and 10+ plus years’ experience in leading and implementing successful strategic communications programs and operations, preferably within corporate communications or healthcare.
