The IAM Manager will be responsible for managing, operating, and enhancing our IAM practices to ensure the security and efficiency of our enterprise systems. Master's degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. + Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. + Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar platforms. + Understanding of IAM-related protocols such as SAML, SPML, XACML, SCIM, OpenID and OAuth. + Experience administering IAM systems, access controls, security and risk management, and governance fundamentals. + Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IAM programs in a large enterprise environment. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
