This position will lead the Procurement Operations function, support overall Procurement Strategy and is responsible for all Source to Pay processes, systems, policies and utilization. This position will utilize workflow mapping, project management and change management techniques while understanding how to simplify and automate processes to transform business challenges into practical and sustainable solutions. This role also works cross-functionally with business partners to enhance adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Lead the Source to Pay program (currently Ariba), which is inclusive of Sourcing, Spend Visibility, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Planning, Buying and Invoice Management. Create and contribute to bridging the gap between operations and sourcing by identifying team skills training plans, long-term sourcing roadmap and ensuring sourcing standardization across categories. Manage all Indirect Procurement reporting and analytics, providing operational findings to the Sourcing team with accurate data and meaningful insights. Leverage automation to identify ways to improve existing business processes while increasing program ROI with cross-functional partners and ensuring increased adoption rate of the source to pay tool by stakeholders. Develop and lead a multi-year strategic operational roadmap for Ariba, ensuring the right team structure, standardizing processes, assessing technology options, implementing solutions and leveraging automation. Responsible for maturing and growing the program across the Enterprise. Utilize business case development and present areas of opportunity to leadership. Oversee training programs related to Source to Pay tools and content for Procurement team as well as Stakeholders, tailoring as need to accommodate for process, system, and policy changes. Administer digital solution adoption technology. Responsible for ensuring Sourcing team utilization of tools available. Collaborate with sourcing managers and stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity leveraging source to pay data. Maintain ownership of the PO portion of the Procurement Policy, while supporting the Senior Director in the governance of the overall policy program. Provide legendary customer service to stakeholders: supporting when challenges surface and through continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and develop team, including coaching, training, mentoring, performance and succession planning.Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of procurement, supply chain and/or procurement operations management. Experience with procurement and sourcing processes and systems is preferred. Experience with Ariba and SAP required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field is required. Master’s degree is a plus. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
