With access to voluminous data and advanced BI tools, you will generate critical insights and drive cross functional business actions. Your role will focus on data driven optimization for both customer experience and operational excellence for Foot Locker’s Supply Chain functions including DC Operations, Inventory Management, and Planning. Responsibilities · Support modernization of supply chain business intelligence and analytics capabilities in support of Foot Locker’s Lace Up Plan. · Create, validate, and maintain global supply chain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Manhattan Active SCI · Analyze underperforming KPIs and assist users with root cause analysis. · Operate as a subject matter expert in global supply chain business data business processes. · Assists users with report customizations and self-service for supply chain use cases. · Develop metrics and KPIs for CX, Distribution Center and Logistics functions. · Conduct detailed quantitative as well as qualitative data analysis to develop hypotheses and build business cases to inform strategic tradeoffs and decisions pertaining to omni channel supply chain functions. · Build easy to interpret data visualizations to drive data adoption and monitor business performance. · Provide internal consulting for application of data/analytics across the many global supply chain operations teams. · Support programs for driving incremental CX and productivity gains through supply chain data insights; setup and execute pilot tests based on data and perform statistical measurements. · Develop compelling presentations and effectively communicate findings on key trends, insights, and implications while aligning stakeholders against specific action plans. · Partner closely with Foot Lockers’ cross functional teams including enterprise data, global supply chain, allocation and store operations for data driven business actions. · Lead value realizations and data driven change management for improving customer experience, productivity, and operational excellence globally. Qualifications Requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as industrial engineering, computer science, math/statistics, etc. · 7+ years working in strategic teams, with at least 5+ years of experience in hand-on data analyst/scientist roles. · 5+ years’ experience in building and optimizing supply chain metrics and KPIs. · Ability to leverage big data sets to identify opportunities, develop strategic insights, and create business consumable data assets. · Expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable. · Expertise in SQL is a must have. · Expertise in reporting/BI for Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Active) · Understanding of DC Operations such a Wave Planning, Labor Management, Cycle Counts, etc. · Experience with Data lakes and statistical programming languages such as R and Python. · Knowledge of supply chain operations in retail or another multi-unit sector · A pro-active and self-motivated approach to problem solving which includes curiosity and passion for customer experience. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format. LI-TH1 Benefits The annual base salary range is $135,000- $150,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
