The Senior Manager, Network Management position will serve as a subject matter expert for guidance and regulations; and drive implementation and / or process improvement to ensure CVS/Caremark is compliant with present and future regulations that impact the pharmacy network division. The Senior Manager will collaborate with key functional leaders to implement regulatory requirements into business processes, and initiate system enhancements needed to meet the regulatory requirements. When necessary identify and escalate associated business risks/impacted to Senior Pharmacy Network Leadership. This position is responsible for understanding Local, State and Federal regulations and related end-to-end processes. The position will focus primarily on Member and Pharmacy Network impacts, but could expand into other business areas as regulations and the responsibilities associated with the position and the division evolve. As part of fully understanding the regulations, this position will have the following responsibilities to support CVS/Caremark’s organization: Be a key decision-maker to address escalated issues with Clients. **Required Qualifications :** + 7+ years of professional work experience that includes experience in the health care industry **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced Actuarial Skills in the Health Care Industry + Advanced MS Office skills, advanced knowledge of relational databases and warehouses, advanced SQL, OLAP and SAS skills. + Strong problem solving, management skills, leadership skills. + Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of highly skilled technical professionals. + Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment, as well as independently. + Proven track record of implementing efficiencies and solutions developed primarily based on input from end users, which successfully satisfy the business need. + Demonstrated experience in managing complex work processes in a cross-department, team environment. + Demonstrated success and experience in motivating individuals in a complete, fast-paced, high-pressure environment. + Experience working in a geographically diverse company and in a matrix reporting environment **Education :** + Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, Actuarial Science or Mathematics) . An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $149,328.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
