Job DescriptionThe Sr. Manager Experiential Marketing reports directly to the Sr. Director Business Group Marketing. The role has responsibility for the focused strategy, execution and continuous improvement of all trade and association engagement, brand stewardship, and Right to Win program for AFNA, as well as providing leadership in these areas to global Amcor.
This role has scope that impacts the entire Amcor organization, and has primary responsibility for and leads the development of the strategy and execution of all experiential marketing for AFNA. The role substantially enhances brand awareness across target markets, companies and industries, with dedicated focus on exceptional customer engagement and qualified lead delivery. Act as a principal steward of the Amcor brand to the market in North America working closely with external communication agencies and Amcor global partners. Maintain a focus on sales and revenue growth when developing and prioritizing experiential marketing strategies and work plans. The role may have direct and/or indirect reports.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Development of a clear vision, purpose and clarity around the Amcor brand, responsible for development and management of a defined strategy for achieving increased awareness of Amcor brand and the AFNA right to win to the market in North America. Collaborate with partners in cross-functional key roles across Amcor.Responsible for strategy and execution of external facing projection of AFNA, including but not limited to: trade shows and events, advertising, promotion of innovation, products and technology, public relations, and trademarks.Responsibility for the scope and execution of targeted VOC surveys, working collaboratively with CIS, business unit and sales leadership, and outside agencies. Develop and launch programs and enabling tools to action on VOC results.Manages development of key internal communications as requested (sales enablement programs, product and technology launches, annual meetings, leadership presentations, ad hoc communication meetings, etc).Manages relationships with media, trade publications and agencies with a focus on Amcor’s thought leadership position and growing share of voice.Development of trade association strategy and interface with select associations, leveraging relationships to improve industry thought leadership position.Execution of the PR strategy for innovation, products, technologies and customer wins. Responsible for building and managing presence in publications.Acts as liaison for Amcor Corporate, Amcor Asia Pac, Amcor Latin America and Amcor Europe for experiential and trade marketing, and AFNA right to win.Understand and execute the strategy and scope for the Amcor brand, both internally and externally. Ensure AFNA functions can understand, articulate, and follow the Amcor brand guidelines. Forecast and manage department budgets successfully.WHAT WE VALUE
