The Sr. Specialist Compensation APAC is a key member of the Global Total Rewards Lead Team, responsible for overseeing and driving the implementation of global and local compensation programs for APAC. This position partners closely with Global Compensation team members, Global Benefits team members, HR business partners, finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure that compensation strategies are aligned with business goals while remaining competitive in the local market.
Main Accountabilities:
Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs for the APAC region, in alignment with the company's overall business objectives, HR strategy and Global Total Rewards Strategy. Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners on compensation-related issues, including strategy, best practices, benchmarking, providing guidance and ensuring consistency in our compensation policies and practices across the globe/region. Act as the primary point of contact for all compensation-related inquiries across the region. Ensure consistency and fairness in compensation decisions for the region while addressing any region-specific nuances. Lead and oversee the administration of compensation programs, including bonus programs across the region. Manage and maintain compensation data integrity, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Support HRBPs with job evaluation, salary benchmarking and compensation proposals for the APAC region, aligned with our global policies, governance and programs. Manage the annual compensation planning process for the APAC region in alignment with our global process supporting the global team Assist countries in the APAC region and Global Compensation team with occasional issues and special projects related to compensation. Research and understand salary and benefits markets in the APAC region to ensure that the company's compensation and benefits offerings are competitive. Act in partnership with Global Benefits Teams on APAC related benefits. Stay current on relevant compensation laws, regulations, and industry trends within the region to ensure compliance. Identify and manage compensation-related risks, working proactively to mitigate issues.

Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field. (Master’s preferred) 7+ years of experience in compensation related fields, preferably in India, China, Malaysia and Australia given business concentration, Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, market trends and legal compliance, including job architecture, salary structures, job evaluation, incentive plans, and employee benefits. Experience with compensation tools and systems (e.g., Workday, MarketPay, PayScale, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a global matrix organization. Ability to think strategically, excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and levels of leadership
