What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $115K – $125K per yearSchedule: Daytime, Full-TimeLocation: Houston, TX 77051Direct Hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityJob DescriptionThe Senior Network Analyst will work closely with IT Operations Leadership to configure, maintain, and design network infrastructure. Responsibilities include network architecture design, switch configuration, SD-WAN monitoring/configuration, and the deployment of new sites. The role will also serve as an escalation point for network-related issues and manage vendor relationships. A strong candidate will have extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
Responsibilities:Perform support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring for networks, including SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.Recommend improvements and optimizations to network infrastructure and provide deployment plans.Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network components to ensure maximum uptime.Assist in vendor management and serve as a point of contact for network-related failures.Implement security best practices to minimize vulnerabilities, and work with security specialists to enhance network security.Provide network documentation, training, and guidance to team members.Provide secondary support for Windows infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.Qualifications and Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field is required.Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and/or CISSP certification preferred.Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, and routing and switching.Experience with virtualization networking, particularly in VMware and Azure environments.Solid experience in LAN/WAN configuration and management.Proficiency in troubleshooting/monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, PowerShell, Cisco IOS, Ubiquiti, and Juniper Mist AI.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), PAN OS, Palo Alto Networks, SD-WAN, and Citrix ADC/NetScaler is a plus.Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $115,000 – $125,000 per yearMedical Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare coverageTraining & Growth: Ongoing development opportunities and career growthYour New Organization:We offer a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and technological advancement.
