Key Responsibilities:
NPI Project Management: Lead or supervise new product introduction\nprocess. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and\nsuccessful launch of new products.
Strategic Planning: Support strategies for new product\nintroductions that align with market needs and business goals. Provide insights\nand recommendations based on market research and competitive analysis.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D,\nmanufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and\nintegration of new products. Facilitate effective communication and resolve any\nissues that arise.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance\nthroughout the NPI process. Address complex technical issues and ensure that\nnew products meet quality and performance standards.
Product Validation: Support product testing and validation\nactivities to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory\nrequirements. Identify and address any issues that arise during testing.
Market Readiness: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams ensure\nthat new products are well-positioned in the market and supported with\nappropriate training and materials.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation\nrelated to new product introductions. Prepare and present reports on project\nstatus, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and\nstakeholders to gather feedback on new products. Utilize feedback to drive\nproduct improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues during the\nNPI phase and develop solutions to address them. Implement strategies to\nprevent future issues and ensure a smooth product launch.
Must Haves:
5-7 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or a related role,
Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
