This Sr. Office Coordinator position assists with financial systems and business administration duties. This individual will be responsible for performing general accounting functions, generating monthly financial reports, working in various business systems, and supporting the General Manager in these business areas. This position reports directly to the General Manager for CNY.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

 Perform general accounting functions including general ledger, balance sheet, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accountingPerform local month-end closing activities and generate and convey reports and data detailing financial resultsEnsure corporate accounting guidelines are followedLiaise with Regional business analysts and managersMultiple filing processesSupport annual finance auditsVarious other administrative tasks that provide financial and administrative support for plant managementSupport Area VP / GM in local finance and accounting related functionsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and with Company policies and proceduresAccounts payable for multiple product linesMaintain raw material pricing for HMA locationsComplete monthly TMT Taxes for Construction Division & CNY RMC LocationsMiscellaneous InvoicingEssential Experience and SkillsAt least 5 years relevant experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED) requiredAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferredHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteSolid organizational skillsCritical thinking and strong analytical skillsExperience working with financial and / or ERP systemsDemonstrated ability to multi-taskFlexibility to adapt to changing situationsPreferred Experience and SkillsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferredConstruction materials experience
