**About the role**
As a CBRE Office Services Sr. Coordinator, you will assist with providing administrative support to a large team or department.
This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.
This is an onsite role Monday-Friday in South San Francisco, California.
**What you’ll do**
+ Assist concierge in general clerical duties. This includes tracking packages, posting mail, arranging messenger services, and providing notary services.
+ Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings. This includes reserving multiple conference rooms, ordering equipment, and coordinating catering needs.
+ Perform administrative duties specific to the department such as conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
+ Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors to appropriate personnel.
+ Oversee opening, sorting, prioritizing, and distributing inbound mail.
+ Coordinate services for outbound mail.
+ Understand work routines and standards and apply skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
+ Draft reports and correspondence; strong interpersonal relationship between client, vendor, and end-users.
+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and mentorship.
**What you’ll need**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ Hotel, Hospitality, Concierge, Events & Conferences services experience highly preferred.
+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mentality.
+ General inventory control experience.
