Sr Oracle WMS Administrator & Developer

General Description:

The Senior Oracle WMS Administrator & Developer is a Techno – Functional responsibility for completing assigned duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction. The Senior Oracle WMS Administrator & Developer manages and maintains the Oracle Warehouse Management System (Logfire) while leading development efforts to enhance system functionality and integration.  The Senior Oracle WMS Administrator & Developer also leverages Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and programming expertise to create custom solutions, optimize workflows, and implement new functionalities. The Senior Oracle WMS Administrator & Developer completes these functions to support the manufacture of dairy-related products.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle WMS (Logfire) system. Lead the maturity of development and future implementations and manage integrations between Oracle WMS and Oracle Fusion using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of data between Oracle WMS and Oracle Fusion. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the systems up to date and function efficiently. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the WMS and its integrations. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations. Responsible for achieving assigned goals in safety, quality, performance, and cost. Responsible for complying with GMPs, SOPs, corporate and/or plant policies, rules, and regulations. Works in a safe manner reports safety concerns promptly to their leadership team and takes corrective actions as necessary to ensure a safe environment. Demonstrates strong communication skills across various departments, ensuring clear and effective collaboration. All other duties assigned by leadership.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to apply basic to complex mathematical concepts such as adding, counting, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and knowledge of weights and measures, to sufficiently handle job tasks. Familiarity with office management procedures and general knowledge of office equipment and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities as well as attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing strong communication and teamwork skills. Understand and respond appropriately to basic to complex employee, vendor, and customer inquiries. Read, write, and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (Other preferences will be given for special language skills when there is a business need). Knowledge of the company's mission, purpose, goals, and your role in achieving each of them. Satisfactorily complete all company training requirements. Ability to interpret company documents and literature.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or Technology, or a related field. 5+ years’ experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management, Shipping Execution, Pricing, Supply Chain Orchestration, Procurement Suite, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, Supply & Demand Planning Proficiency in Oracle Warehouse Management System (Logfire). Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience with data synchronization and system integrations. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 environment including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint. Responsible for reporting to work at scheduled times and communicating tardiness and absences with the assigned Supervisor/Manager before the occurrence. Responsible for reporting to work on a condition to work. Responsible for being well-groomed and always dressed in business and position-appropriate attire including ensuring compliance with GMP dress code standards. Comply with performance criteria, and standards of conduct as contained in company policy, employment procedures, and responsibilities as described in the company handbook. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Always maintain a safe work environment and immediately report and take appropriate action to correct safety/food safety concerns. Responsible for completing all assigned tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Requires morning and afternoon availability with flexibility outside of normal business hours based on company needs. Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advance notification and approval by the Supervisor/Manager. Salaried: Generally scheduled for 40-45 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business.

Environmental Concerns:

May be subject to exposure to ingredients used in the manufacture of food products including allergens. May be subject to exposure to chemicals involved in the manufacture and sanitation of a food processing facility. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support company sustainability initiatives and policies.

Physical Job Requirements:

Ability to sit/stand for extended periods. Occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment (up to 20 pounds.) Frequent use of computers and other office equipment. Ability to move around the office to perform various tasks.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Byrne, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $152,500.
