Job Description A client in the transportation industry is looking for a Sr Organizational Change Manager to join their team. This opportunity is remote, but it would be a plus if the candidate is local to Cincinnati, OH. The main responsibilities of the OCM are to lead and support change initiatives related to the clients transformation office. There are roughly seven different initiatives the transformation office is focused on. The OCM will need to be able to influence significant change, as they will be working with line workers and drivers at various locations to implement a whole new system. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a big, decentralized field operations regarding change management, thrive in a challenging work environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders, including senior-level executives, the training team, and end-users. There will be travel to various worksites, roughly 25-30%.
