Sr Paid Media Strategist

The Sr Paid Media Strategist is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various media channels. The scope of this job includes managing digital platforms that scale marketing campaigns and maximize WellSky's return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with marketing teammates and media partners to develop and execute paid media strategies and campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising channels. Own daily campaign management, including monitoring pacing, optimizations, and escalating issues. Analyze performance data and identify areas of improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness. Manage budgets and bid strategies and give recommendations for adjustments when appropriate. Monitor and report on campaign performance, provide insights, and make recommendations for continuous improvements. Stay on top of emerging paid media best practices and determine how to implement them into WellSky's go-to-market strategy.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 4-6 years’ relevant work experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on use of Marketo or another marketing automation platform Understanding of the healthcare tech spaceWorking knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM Experience using Google Ads, pay per click, and LinkedIn adsExperience with Programmatic, Media Buys, and Google Analytics

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needsWilling to work additional hours or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
