**Sr Paralegal-General Counsel** **Location:** Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street Location of Job: US:NY:Buffalo Work Type: Full-Time **Shift:** Shift 1 Job Description **Summary:** Under the general direction of the General Counsel and the Senior Associate General Counsel, provides ongoing paralegal assistance and support to Legal Department attorneys and others within the organization on a wide variety of health care and general corporate issues. **Education And Credentials** **Responsibilities:** Bachelors or Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies; OR Bachelors Degree with Paralegal Certificate. Notary Public License preferred. **Experience** **Other information:** Seven years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department. Knowledge of health care law is helpful.
