Work Location:US RemoteQualifications: + To be successful in this role, we’d love you to have the following: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. + 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a technology or software company + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. + Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting tools. + Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, etc.). + Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM strategies and metrics. + Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
