MBA is a plus. + 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a technology or software company + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. + Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting tools. + Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, etc.). + Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM strategies and metrics. + Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
