As a Sr Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our pricing strategies to improve margin and enhance commercial execution. This is an outstanding opportunity to drive a pricing transformation across the BioProduction Group (BPG) and sustain continuous improvement.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectivesLead the BPG Deal Desk for the Americas Region and approve opportunities requiring special pricingImplement pricing improvement programs and quantify financial impactCollaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement pricing changesEvaluate the efficiency of pricing strategies and make vital adjustmentsProvide data-driven insights to senior management to guide decision-makingConduct detailed market analysis to identify optimum pricingPrepare and present reports on pricing strategies and outcomesEnsure pricing compliance with internal policies and external regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis or related roleProven analytical skills with a strong attention to detailOutstanding proficiency in interpreting data and delivering actionable insightsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentCompensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $92,900.00–$139,325.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
