Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Pricing Analyst to join a fast-paced team supporting cost modeling and sourcing activities for infrastructure equipment in global data centers. This role involves executing data-driven decisions to support cost analysis, pricing management, and supplier evaluation while ensuring compliance with strategic sourcing goals. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to build and analyze cost models, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency in procurement and supply chain processes. Day-to-day, the Pricing Analyst will develop and maintain cost models for equipment and services, conduct market research and vendor analysis, and manage pricing lists to ensure accurate reporting. They will support strategic sourcing strategies by collecting and interpreting data for cost optimization and create dashboards and advanced analytics using tools such as Tableau and Excel. Skills and Requirements BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in supply chain, cost analysis, or procurement processes. Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros). Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, cost modeling, and sourcing strategies. Proven ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguity, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present data-driven insights effectively. Located in the Pacific Time Zone and willing to travel to the Bay Area occasionally (about once a quarter). MBA or Masters degree in a related field. Experience working within the tech, infrastructure, or hyperscale industries. Familiarity with cost analysis tooling, RFQs/RFPs, and pricing strategies. Exposure to electrical or mechanical equipment sourcing and procurement.
