We are looking for you to join our team as a Navigation Warfare (NavWar) Digital Signal Processing Engineer (NavWar Team Lead) based out of Beavercreek, OH. Engineers here are part of multi-disciplinary program teams implementing next-generation navigation warfare products critical to US customers and allies. Team members conduct all phases of these programs, including requirements generation, hardware-selection, software development, and system integration and test. We are seeking engineers with the desire to learn new technologies to join our innovative organization to help develop, enhance, and maintain DSP designs on cutting edge products and systems.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to:
Design of NAVWAR technologies, including characterization of platform dynamics, environmental/interference effects, and jamming mitigation techniques with regards to GPS processingAnti-jam GPS processing techniques and analysis (such as nulling, STAP, SFAP, SFAP-T, differential GPS)Algorithms associated with satellite acquisition, tracking, and receiver measurement formationHands-On experience with RF/Antenna electronicsFamiliarity with integrated INS/GPS navigation systems involving exposure to Kalman filtering / estimation theoryWhat you will be involved in:

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 8 years of experience; or MS Degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 6 years of experience; or PhD in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 4 years of experience.Demonstrated experience with signal processing algorithmsDemonstrated experience leading technical teamsUS Citizenship is requiredClearance: Candidate must have or be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance or higher prior to start datePreferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $137,400.00 - $206,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
