We are looking for you to join our team as a Test Engineering Lead based out of Annapolis Junction, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Integration & Test Engineer for a large program, coordinating all test activities across multiple teams in different locations.Perform hands-on integration and testing on a platform comprised of several integrated components.Synthesizes internal and external customer needs and requirements into system tests that acknowledge technical and schedule constraints.Participates in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for verifying system requirements.Coordinates integrated testing activities with other external test organizations.Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of the test program.Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive reports.This position requires full time work onsite at our Annapolis Junction, MD location AND/OR Hanover, MD customer location.
Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Test Systems Engineer:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software manual and automated testingA minimum of 2 years of experience in government contractingExperience leading test teams and/or programsExperience with test automationStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to communicate effectively to team members both verbally and in writing.Must obtain a Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner certification within 6 months after onboardingActive TS/SCI Clearance is required.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a member of an Agile Scrum teamExperience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence)Experience with Eggplant test automation toolAbility to debug complex integrated applications or test setup issues
