Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is fully remote.
The ideal candidate will thrive on data and possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: obtain disparate data sets, synthesize and normalize the data, perform analysis/data mining and visualization to draw conclusions, effectively summarize and present conclusions to management; understand and communicate unique problems or process inefficiencies and recommend new/innovative potential business/process solutions; plan/schedule own activities to accomplish objectives with work reviewed upon completion for adequacy; exert influence on peers, internal customers, and other to support organizational goals while prioritizing activities to effectively complete them; leadership/team skills in completing interactive assignments, lead small teams and clearly communicate thoughts and objectives; self-motivation and ability to learn new skills quickly.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of Finance, Accounting, and/or Business-related experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Earned Value Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Data mining/statistical analysis/data modeling experience
SAP, MPM/Cobra, wInsight, MS Project knowledge
3 years EVMS experience
Visual Basic, MS Access, Tableau knowledge

Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
