Expected Skills & Qualifications:

At a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering 10+ years of Software/Application development experience in the relevant functional areas. Sound knowledge of full-stack development using Java/J2EE concepts Full-Stack Development: Expertise in Java/J2EE, web applications, and microservices. Programming Languages: Proficient in Java, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React), SQL, and Spring Boot. Cloud Solutions: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Object-Oriented Programming: Deep understanding of OOP principles and design patterns. Debugging & Troubleshooting: Advanced skills, particularly in cloud environments. Performance Optimization: Experience in tuning backend and frontend applications. Technical Leadership: Ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example. Code Reviews: Proficient in ensuring code quality and maintainability. Agile Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile/Scrum processes. CI/CD: Familiar with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Version Control: Expertise in using Git. Security Best Practices: Knowledgeable in secure software development. Automated Testing: Experience with testing frameworks and tools. Documentation: Strong technical documentation skills. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams. Project Management: Effective time management and stakeholder communication skills.
