What you'll get to do:
Financial responsibilities including EAC’s, material sales forecasting, accruals, cost account management (CAM), and support of CAMsPresent and represent Northrop Grumman Global Supply Chain in Program Management Reviews, leadership briefings, customer briefings, and supplier engagementSolve complex supply chain problems with data driven strategiesIdentify, document, and mitigate/realize Risks and Opportunities to the program.Create and document supply and demand strategies within formal plans to achieve desired program goals and objectivesIdentify and address critical material shortages quickly to resolve or recover to program schedules and budgets.Work in a fast paced constantly changing development environment.Develop and document project plans to overcome/achieve current & future material impacts, risks, and opportunities to support long range strategic program plansCoordinate and optimize delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve program, business unit, and company goals and objectivesChallenge and overcome impediments to excellence and continuous improvement and champion continuous improvement opportunitiesLead GSC and cross-functional team members through dynamic and fluid environments.The ideal candidate must be professional, have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio), communicate written and verbally, and have presentation skill set.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience; Master's degree in a Business related field with 6 years of experience; or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Project/Program Management or Supply Chain Project/Program Management experience.Budgeting and Finance experience.Forecast experience.Experience leading in a proposal process.Experience managing projects to Federal Aquisition Requirements (FAR) and Defense Federal Aquisition Requirements (DFAR) regulations.Earned Value Management Systems experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Government Procurement processes and regulations; FAR/DFARLean and Six Sigma Certifications and/or experience.CAM experience.Experience leading and supporting proposal efforts (Basis of Estimate, Price Reasonableness, and Commercial Item Determination).Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting).Active Clearance.Experience working on Aerospace and Defense programs.Procurement experience.Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
