JR70650 SR PROCESS INTEGRATION DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER, TDT DRAM PI (Evergreen)Requiring for senior/experienced engineer to handle 160S/170S FEOL Loop and co-operate with USA/JPN TD FEOL teams.
As an engineer in TDT (Technology Development Taiwan) organization, your primary responsibility will be to lead the efforts in developing a module for the next generation DRAM technology node. You will collaborate with JPN & USA TD teams to align on module development strategy and requirements. In Process Integration department, you (as a integrator) will define the structural and electrical requirements for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also need to coordinate cross-function team for process development and carrying out process/equipment/material evaluation. Besides regular PI responsibility, having structure simulation experiences from (Synopsys Process Explorer ; Silvaco QC-VSM ; Coventor SEMulator3D), but not limited to, is a plus.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to
Develop, maintain and improve one or more process module including design rules, structural and electrical specifications for alternative flowsOptimize existing process flows and develop creative solutions to meet product criteria.Design and execute DOEs and analyze the results with statistical analysis software like JMP. Feedback results to product for yield enhancement.Cowork with Device/YE/PD engineer to understand the fail cause, enhance performance, improve reliability and enlarge process window by extract, monitor, analyze and react to inline data, defect data, param data and probe data. Work cross-functionally with Area, Design, Product Engineer, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Electrical/Physical Failure Analysis, Defect, Param and Reliability/Quality teams.PhD (Electrical Engineering, microelectronics, Physics or Material Science) with 3 years industry experiences or M.S. with 5 years experiences
