**JOB SUMMARY**
A Procurement Support Services Sr. Manager supervises direct reports in doing their tasks and ensure the team delivers work in an efficient manner and in accordance to set Service Level Agreements (SLA). They are responsible for and oversees support and operational activities for the procurement processes used by CBRE, they plan and prepare specific tasks, contingency plans and work schedules of employees ensuring coverage in key tasks of their team.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Build a team that provides customer service, responding to and resolving queries, as well as stakeholder problems; directs different cases to the department or person in charge for correct resolution;
+ Review and generate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports and track team performance.
+ Supervise the daily activities of support/service/operations teams. Tasks are characterized by low to medium complexity.
+ Support the Customer/Stakeholder team in their daily tasks through extensive background and experience working with Coupa, Zycus, Peoplesoft and other ERP systems.
+ Oversee activities and ensure reports are done accurately and submitted timely.
+ Resolve escalated client complaints or queries and manages these to completion within turn-around time.
+ Spearhead and/or actively play a major part in continuous improvement projects, performing special or ad hoc assignments that may be assigned.
+ Timely and accurate processing of Indirect Purchase orders for 3rd party suppliers in Coupa ; ensures that documents are processed, in accordance with policies and procedures; maintains data tracking logs for metrics, production and compliance reporting; validation of accuracy of supporting documentation used in exceptions; allocates income or expenses when processing documents; compares data from various sources with recorded transactions for processing;
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing or Procure-to-Pay.
+ Experience with eSourcing, P2P and ERP tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, Coupa, Zycus) is an advantage.
+ Capable in providing high quality reporting and advanced analytics to enable data driven decision.
+ Prior leadership or people management experience
+ Customer oriented and particularly good understanding and satisfying the requirements of the customer.
