Do you have a passion for collaborating with software and cloud engineers to drive software product innovation? Do you excel at working with customers and internal stakeholders to solve problems? You’ll get involved in understanding client and technical requirements, work closely with engineering, database administrators and cloud engineering teams to translate those requirements into product features. You will also be involved in the customer rollout of new releases and ensuring a positive customer experience within our SaaS environment. Must be open to Global working hours. Who You Are + Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate complex initiatives and manage interrelated components or dependencies + Technical Background: Strong technical acumen in software engineering. Understanding of software development / agile processes and cloud technologies is crucial. + Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure) and their services, including deployment, scalability, performance optimization, and cost management and experience bringing SaaS solutions to market. + Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize technical debt effectively, considering business impact and engineering efforts required for resolution. + Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineering teams, cloud operations, and other stakeholders. The capability to translate technical details into actionable plans for different teams. + Adaptability and Learning Agility: The tech landscape evolves rapidly, so being adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies is crucial. + Experience operating under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment + Proven success of building strong working relationships with cross functional teams What You’ll Do + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Cloud, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Sales to gather requirements, plan, and deliver innovative Cloud Service features + Create user stories and detailed specifications for new Cloud Service features + Contribute to a prioritized Cloud product roadmap based on market analysis, sales team, and customer feedback + Engage closely with the Release Team and relevant stakeholders to consider client impacts in upgrade planning + Construct and communicate update plans / schedules to customers + Draft template upgrade case responses for Cloud operational teams + Document processes, templates, and training materials for software upgrades and updates + Assist in the creation of training plans for major product upgrades + Manage the creation / maintenance of Cloud Service Requests + Assist Customer Success organization with collateral supporting the communication of the upgrade process to clients Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications: + 5+ years experience in product management or related role + Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders’ one on one, and in groups of varying size + Strong problem solving skills to research options and make decision on best path forward + Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle would be a plus + Experience creating product documentation and both internal / external training materials + Thrives in a collaborative team environment. + Demonstrate curiosity, humility, and empathy in all you do. + A creative self-starter with a bias for action.
