As a Sr. Production Planning Supervisor/Master Scheduler here at Honeywell,\nyou will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production planning\nprocess to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. You will lead a\nteam of production planners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to\noptimize production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and drive continuous\nimprovement initiatives. Your expertise in production planning and your ability\nto effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders will contribute to\nthe success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you’ll work out of our St. Louis, Missouri location on a hybrid work\nschedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and\neffectiveness of our production processes, ensuring on-time delivery of\nproducts and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a team of production planners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to\ndevelop and optimize production schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure\navailability of materials for production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to\nenhance production planning processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address\nproduction issues and ensure on-time delivery
